Group Administration Representative (Guam)
Group Administration Department in Life and Health Division

Responsibilities
-
Receive and process group enrollment and change of status forms
-
Follow-up on pending enrollment documents from groups and subscribers
-
Request and issue member cards
-
File enrollment documents in the group correspondence and/or enrollment forms in the account folder
-
Verify eligibility for members
-
Create HIPAA certificates
-
Assist co-workers in the Sales, Accounting, Claims and Customer Service Department as well as Management when required
-
Any other job related duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Prior work experience in customer service preferred
-
Must have excellent communication skills in verbal and written form
-
Experience with Microsoft Office (ex: Outlook Express, Word, Excel)
-
Experience with operating photocopier machine (ex: Copy, Fax and Scan)
